You've purchased your Ortiz Performance custom tuning support, now what? It's time to fill out your custom tuning support request form.
Used for new tune requests and revision requests. If you have not yet purchased your tuning support, STOP and return to our webstore to purchase support.
Before we start, please compile the following information:

Timeline: While we do our best to get every customer completed as quickly as possible, the average response time for NEW TUNES and REVISIONS is 2-3 business days. All tickets are handled in the order received, and are sorted by LAST CUSTOMER RESPONSE. Repeated e-mails may disrupt or delay processing, so please send a Secondary E-mail or reach out to us through Social Media so that we don't miss or delay your service. If you require quicker service, we have Rush Processing and Remote One-on-One Sessions available as desired.
Additional Tunes: Ortiz Performance strives for customer satisfaction, but we also demand quality from ourselves every step of the way. We do not charge for pump gas tune variations, but because all vehicles are different, our process will always start with a 91/93 octane tune, and we require datalogs for validation of engine health before providing additional fuel types. Vanity tunes are not provided with the initial tune, and will be provided once your tuner has confirmed that the tune is optimized. If you would like to request an exception, please include this in your Tune Request Form, otherwise will we begin with the Fuel Type #1 chosen on the form.
Product Identification: Many aspects of the tuning process are specialized, and dependent on the physical attributes of the performance products utilized. Please ensure that the modifications listed on your tuning form are actually installed on your car, or will be BEFORE loading our performance calibration. Items like Cold Air Intakes, Intake Manifolds, Fuel Injectors, etc., may be tune specific, and failure to properly identify them on your tune form WILL lead to delays and initial drivability issues.
Sales Policy: Tunes are delivered as electronic goods through email, they are not something we can take back once sent. All tunes are non-refundable once emailed.
Emissions Policy: Ortiz Performance tuning calibrations are tested to establish reasonable basis that they have no adverse effect on emissions, consistent with the EPA Tampering Policy (2019). It is Ortiz Performance's policy not to manufacture, sell or otherwise transfer any product, including Handheld Devices, Pre-Loaded Tunes, or Calibrations that contain features to bypass, defeat or render inoperative the following: EGR, Rear Oxygen Sensors, SCR, DPF, NAC, DOC, or any diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) associated with these emission controls. Products and calibrations sold by Ortiz Performance shall retain the full operation and functionality of the On Board Diagnostic System (OBD) and continue to satisfy applicable emissions requirements.
Continuing to the Tune Request Form signifies acknowledgement with and agreement to the policies above, along with adherence to the Terms of Service and Shipping & Returns policies found at the bottom of this page.
