Extended Tuning Support
Are you a legacy Ortiz Performance tuning customer looking to make some changes to your tune without having modification changes that require you to bump to the next Tuning Support Tier? You've come to the right place!
**If you are looking to upgrade to a higher support tier, DO NOT use this purchase portal. You will need to purchase a Support Level Upgrade, found HERE for Ecoboost Vehicles and HERE for Non-Ecoboost Vehicles.**
Beginning March 1, 2023, all Ortiz Performance Tuning Support customers will receive 60 days of service to complete their tuning needs. After that period expires, you will need to purchase an additional support window for $50 to continue support.
Any tuning support purchase, including support tier upgrades, novelty tunes, and remote tuning sessions, will reset the support period by 60 days from the date of purchase. For example, if you purchase Level 1 custom tuning support on January 1st, your service contract will last until April 1st. If you upgrade to Level 3 on February 1st, your window will reset to February 1st, expiring on May 1st. Support periods cannot be stacked or saved for use on a later date and the timeline will start with the submission of the ORIGINAL tune request form.
Purchasing support during a sale but not planning to start tuning for a month or two down the road? Not a problem! Please do not fill out your tune request form until you are ready to get started.
