UPR Billet Pro Series Check Valves:
These are larger higher flowing check valves than the standard check valve. It will increase the vacuum through the catch can and deliver better crankcase evacuation. The improved crankcase evacuation translates to increased MPG and more responsive low speed drivability.

UPR Billet One-Way Valve Cover Breather:
These are Valve Cover Breathers with a one-way valve inside of it. These are designed to allow excess/positive crankcase pressure to exit through the breather when in boost. Then it closes to return to vacuum while driving to prevent un-metered air from entering to maintain perfect drivability. These are also ideal for vehicles in very cold or freezing weather as it allows crankcase pressure to escape until condensation or frozen condensation in the PCV hoses melts or thaws. This is a must to ensure maximum engine seal life.

UPR Pre-Drilled WOT Pipe:
These are pre-drilled Ford Passenger Side Turbo Inlet Pipes that make the Wide Open Throttle connection a simple bolt-on. These are a great option to be able to return your truck back to 100% stock for service or trade-in. 5030-124-PDP for F150, 5030-124-EXP for Expedition / Navigator.

UPR SS Magnetic Drain Plug:
The Stainless Steel magnetic drain plug would replace the drain plug on the bottom of the catch can with an allen head plug that has a magnet embedded into it. It will attract any ferrous metal material to it so the user can inspect it.

UPR Catch Can Drain Line Kit:
The drain line kit includes a drain valve, hose and fittings needed to install the drain valve. It allows the user to relocate the drain somewhere easier to access like the wheel well opening or bumper area.


UPR Adjustable Billet PCV Fitting:
The adjustable Billet PCV fitting which includes 4 different size jets. It eliminates the failure prone factory PCV and still allows for the needed restriction. Jet sizes and application basics for Adjustable version are explained below.

� .100 Jet size is slightly more restrictive than the factory PCV fitting to allow you to restrict the PCV for vehicles ingesting too much oil through the PCV and wanting to reduce oil consumption.

� .125 Jet size is slightly less restrictive than the factory PCV fitting to allow you to adjust the pcv to increase flow a bit more than factory for vehicles that only need minor adjustments to eliminate vapor locking in the PCV system.

� .150 Jet size is even less restrictive for the boosted vehicles that tow and are driven harder to increase flow more than factory for vehicles that only need more adjustment to eliminate vapor locking in the PCV system.

� .175 Jet size is the least restrictive compared to the factory PCV fitting and allows for the largest adjustment of the jets for modified vehicles that generate a lot of blow-by / back pressure to eliminate vapor locking / flooding the clean side of the PCV system with oil.

    I have used all of the big name tuners before I came across Ortiz and ran the fastest times I ever have, with Ortiz. . I ran my fastest time in much worse DA as well, compared to the other 2 big names. Don't waste your money like I did and go directly to the source of the fastest NA cars around!

    Pump works great. To anyone who might want to save some cash and want a plug-in play install then order this fuel pump from 1A Auto
    2018 Ford Explorer V6 3.5L Turbo Passenger Side Fuel Pump Module Assembly TRQ FPA72032. Its a simple replacement. Pumps are same size, no boring/sanding ridge to make pump fit. No splicing of wires either, connector from 1A Auto is plug and play. Just reuse spacer on pump and use one of the new o-rings and your done. Took me 30 minutes. I swapped out float with OEM, explorer and SHO floats are different. Only pain is retainer on rod on housing, its plastic and you will need needle nose plyers to get it off.

    LOVE THE E85 KIT!

    I bought the E85 conversion kit for my 3.7 from Ortiz Performance (OP) for a couple reasons. First, they specialize in the Cyclone whereas a lot of tuners don't want to bother tuning it (...cause what's the point?). Second, I talked via email at great length with one of their tuners, Lee Ament, and he was happy to take all the time I needed answering questions with detailed answers. Because of the amount of service I received before I purchased, I was convinced that I would be in good hands. I also liked that their favored injector (in the kit) is a genuine Ford part (OEM for the GT500).

    I could tell right away that the OP gas tune was superior to the canned, Bama tunes I was using previously. I could immediately feel that shifts were taking 1/3 less time to complete and I could feel a lot of throttle boost across all rpm and especially in 1st gear (low rpm). I remember asking Bama to add more throttle boost to my tune and they simply don't make changes like that.

    The E85 tune was great. Instant 10%-15% power boost and response across all rpm and really fills in the gap at lower rpm. Feels like I'm using a throttle booster, but I'm not.

    There's only so much you can do to a Cyclone without forced-induction and E85 is a welcome, significant improvement if you already have everything else.

    Installation is straight-forward, you can find a number of videos on YouTube that show exactly how to do this.

    The one important thing to note: These injectors are taller than the stock injectors and
    will not fit deep enough into the fuel rail UNLESS you do not use the stock fuel-injector clips!...which is completely OK! OP and all the above-mentioned videos will also state this. You will probably need a spacer (like a washer) on the 4 fuel rail bolts to fill a small gap. (If you don't pull the injector clips, the fuel rail will make contact with the manifold.) It will also run like crap until you put your first OP tune on it.

    The over all ordering experience was a little lack luster at start. Ordered the intake on 12/3 and it was not going to ship for sometime due to a back order, which I don’t blame the Ortiz team at for one bit. However they quickly turn the ordering experience around, with rapid and prompt reply to my emails( no matter how much I bugged them). Once it was pretty clear the intake I wanted wasn’t going to ship before the end of the year they offered me another product at no additional charge. All in all I got a better product, excellent customer service and I’m glad and proud to say my 2015 SHO is tuned and take care of by Ortiz Performance. Greta company, great people and a great over all experience.

    Great Look!

    I wish the description would have more description as to what you are ordering and the difference with/without the rear silicone boot.
    It is very difficult to install the rear silicone boot on the rear turbo. I would put slightly bigger clamps where they mount on the turbos as well. But the product is top grade! Looks really great!! Performs great as well. I will be doing the hot pipes for sure from ecopower parts as well.

    I purchased the Custom Tunes for my 2011 3.7, and i can honestly say Ortiz is the best tuner in the world in my opinion. 7 days a week Twice on Sunday. If you want to gap v8's and rip the streets slaying the competition, you have 100% come to the right place.

    I purchased the Ghost Cam and Bravo 240. Hands down the best decision in my opinion. The Ghost sounds so amazing, everyone is always complimenting the idle. The drive ability is great, no issues. The Bravo is also one of my favorite things as well. As I decelerate you can literally here the bald eagles and F18's, its wild!! Seriously though it sounds like thunder with a mix of gunshots in there.. its absolutely amazing in every way. Ortiz knows best!!

    Power Pack

    I have been running this tune/package on my SHO for over a year. Increased performance and fuel economy...never thought you could get both. Lee’s customer support and Luis’ tuning and turnaround time was beyond impressive. Luis reviewed multiple datalogs until deciding the car was running perfectly and safely, making smooth power and shifting on point.
