When you fill out our tuning request form, one of the pieces of information we need is your PCM Strategy. Once you receive your handheld (or if you already got one yourself), you will retrieve this information by plugging the SCT handheld into your vehicle's OBD port and then navigation to "Vehicle Information" on the handheld.
You can then either take a picture and submit it to our support portal, or you can simply jot it down and respond back to the tune request email with the information.
