If you are looking to build the ultimate street driven truck, look no further.  We have worked diligently to bring what we think is the best production forced induction system to market.  This is the ultimate upgrade for power potential as well, the turbos out of the box have proven to support anywhere from 500 wheel all the way up to 1000+ rear wheel horsepower on the Coyote engine platform.  This is accomplished solely by just controlling the boost, out of the box the kit is setup to make right around 6psi.  Depending on the mods, this will make upper 400�s to 530rwhp level.  This is a perfect upgrade for those looking for more power for towing as well.  This isn�t a system just dedicated to those wanting to make gobs of horsepower for drag racing.

For the person looking to max out their combo for the ultimate street truck, this system will accomplish that and more.  Number one when we were designing the kit, we made it a point that the turbos must be mounted visually under the hood.  When you first see under the hood of an On 3 F-150, the impression is insane.  The turbos look killer, it keeps the engine bay looking very symmetrical, and it will run as good as it looks.  As for the power potential, too keep the combinations safe, most people on pump 93 oct fuel on a stock truck will make around 530-550rwhp on a safe tune.  If you go to upgraded Mustang GT cams and e-85, most customers are making in the 550-700rwhp range.  Keep in mind the turbo system itself will support well north of that however your stock engine would be at its limit.  The On 3 Performance design truck currently is a work in progress but we have full intentions to run a 10.99 in the quarter mile with the stock 5.0 engine.

In towing applications, your going to load the turbos and it will start making boost in the situations its needed.  With normal driving your going to see similar MPG and in some cases, with the proper setup and tune, you will improve your MPG.  Also one of the major benefits to the towing applications, typically the trucks are downshifting hard when you come to any sort of incline.  With the turbos installed, its making over 200 ft. lbs of torque over stock in most cases.  So when approaching these situations, you will find the truck not downshifting as much and making the whole towing experience more enjoyable.  The added power makes you feel like your sitting in a 3/4 ton 2500 Diesel, that is the best way I can personally describe the way they pull.  With a softer spring under the truck, it actually feels more comfortable to pull a trailer with.

 

On 3 Shop Truck Details:

Our shop truck that we designed on ending up making 702 / 691 on 10psi, On 3 e85 fuel system upgrade, and upgraded intake cams to Mustang GT factory cams.  This was accomplished with an all stock bottom end engine and this would be the limits we recommend.  As mentioned, we are on a mission for a 10.99 et so clearly we are pushing it.  If you are trying to replicate what we have done, check out optional items list and we can offer the exact same items we used.  Also watch the videos below to see it on the dyno backing up the numbers we made.

Hotside Details:

This design process started from scratch with a set of custom cast stainless steel turbo manifolds.  We have proven this technique already with our Coyote Mustang platform and rolled out this same manifold design for the trucks.  Its an extremely durable and strong method compared to a traditional hand welded header.  We are the only ones on the market casting the truck manifold from stainless steel.  From there it routes forward to the twin 60mm On 3 Performance ceramic ball bearing turbochargers.  Once again we rolled into this project a completely new design turbocharger.  We opened a new mould to cast stainless steel exhaust housings with a custom v-band inlet.  Instead of a traditional 4 bolt (t4) rectangular flange, our housings will simple secure in place with one clamp.  This makes for the turbo to have endless adjustment instead of being fixed in its position.

The turbos we chose to run on this platform is the same proven On 3 60mm unit we have used since 2011 on the Mustangs.  These have made over 1000 rear wheel horsepower with upgrades available to step up to 67 or 72mm units.  At that point you are talking 1200+rwhp potential.  We decided to only supply our ceramic ball bearing units with this turbo system.  This is a premium upgrade for most of our systems.  From the turbos back, we designed the kit to have 3.0? dual 304ss downpipes.  Each connection is v-banded and we supply stainless v-band clamps to secure tubing into place.

Coldside Details:

Instead of starting from scratch, we picked up our 5.0 Mustang intercooler and adapted it to our truck platform.  This intercooler has been used on countless cars and we know it will support 1000rwhp while keeping IAT�s in check.  This is a large, 3.5? air to air core with integrated blow off valve flange into the core.  It is a dual 2.5? inlet and single 3.0? outlet.  We designed the cold side from 2.5? aluminum tubing from the turbochargers to the intercooler.  All tubing is bead rolled to help keep the couplers secured under high boost applications.  To go the extra mile, we supply nothing but stainless t-bolt clamps to keep all couplers in place.  As far as the couplers go, they are all made from a 5 ply silicone and withstand anything you throw at it.  Coming out of the intercooler, we designed the it from 3.0? tubing which transitions to 3.5.  This allows us to run the stock mass air meter successfully without any issues of pegging on almost any application.  This saves you around $300 from having to upgrade your mass air meter!  To eliminate compressor surge, we have used one of our On 3 Performance 50mm blow off valves.  Your intercooler is pre-welded with the correct blow off valve flange so this is a simple and quick bolt on.

    I have used all of the big name tuners before I came across Ortiz and ran the fastest times I ever have, with Ortiz. . I ran my fastest time in much worse DA as well, compared to the other 2 big names. Don't waste your money like I did and go directly to the source of the fastest NA cars around!

    Pump works great. To anyone who might want to save some cash and want a plug-in play install then order this fuel pump from 1A Auto
    2018 Ford Explorer V6 3.5L Turbo Passenger Side Fuel Pump Module Assembly TRQ FPA72032. Its a simple replacement. Pumps are same size, no boring/sanding ridge to make pump fit. No splicing of wires either, connector from 1A Auto is plug and play. Just reuse spacer on pump and use one of the new o-rings and your done. Took me 30 minutes. I swapped out float with OEM, explorer and SHO floats are different. Only pain is retainer on rod on housing, its plastic and you will need needle nose plyers to get it off.

    LOVE THE E85 KIT!

    I bought the E85 conversion kit for my 3.7 from Ortiz Performance (OP) for a couple reasons. First, they specialize in the Cyclone whereas a lot of tuners don't want to bother tuning it (...cause what's the point?). Second, I talked via email at great length with one of their tuners, Lee Ament, and he was happy to take all the time I needed answering questions with detailed answers. Because of the amount of service I received before I purchased, I was convinced that I would be in good hands. I also liked that their favored injector (in the kit) is a genuine Ford part (OEM for the GT500).

    I could tell right away that the OP gas tune was superior to the canned, Bama tunes I was using previously. I could immediately feel that shifts were taking 1/3 less time to complete and I could feel a lot of throttle boost across all rpm and especially in 1st gear (low rpm). I remember asking Bama to add more throttle boost to my tune and they simply don't make changes like that.

    The E85 tune was great. Instant 10%-15% power boost and response across all rpm and really fills in the gap at lower rpm. Feels like I'm using a throttle booster, but I'm not.

    There's only so much you can do to a Cyclone without forced-induction and E85 is a welcome, significant improvement if you already have everything else.

    Installation is straight-forward, you can find a number of videos on YouTube that show exactly how to do this.

    The one important thing to note: These injectors are taller than the stock injectors and
    will not fit deep enough into the fuel rail UNLESS you do not use the stock fuel-injector clips!...which is completely OK! OP and all the above-mentioned videos will also state this. You will probably need a spacer (like a washer) on the 4 fuel rail bolts to fill a small gap. (If you don't pull the injector clips, the fuel rail will make contact with the manifold.) It will also run like crap until you put your first OP tune on it.

    The over all ordering experience was a little lack luster at start. Ordered the intake on 12/3 and it was not going to ship for sometime due to a back order, which I don’t blame the Ortiz team at for one bit. However they quickly turn the ordering experience around, with rapid and prompt reply to my emails( no matter how much I bugged them). Once it was pretty clear the intake I wanted wasn’t going to ship before the end of the year they offered me another product at no additional charge. All in all I got a better product, excellent customer service and I’m glad and proud to say my 2015 SHO is tuned and take care of by Ortiz Performance. Greta company, great people and a great over all experience.

    Great Look!

    I wish the description would have more description as to what you are ordering and the difference with/without the rear silicone boot.
    It is very difficult to install the rear silicone boot on the rear turbo. I would put slightly bigger clamps where they mount on the turbos as well. But the product is top grade! Looks really great!! Performs great as well. I will be doing the hot pipes for sure from ecopower parts as well.

    I purchased the Ghost Cam and Bravo 240. Hands down the best decision in my opinion. The Ghost sounds so amazing, everyone is always complimenting the idle. The drive ability is great, no issues. The Bravo is also one of my favorite things as well. As I decelerate you can literally here the bald eagles and F18's, its wild!! Seriously though it sounds like thunder with a mix of gunshots in there.. its absolutely amazing in every way. Ortiz knows best!!

    Power Pack

    I have been running this tune/package on my SHO for over a year. Increased performance and fuel economy...never thought you could get both. Lee’s customer support and Luis’ tuning and turnaround time was beyond impressive. Luis reviewed multiple datalogs until deciding the car was running perfectly and safely, making smooth power and shifting on point.
